Agreeing to these terms
BuildBench (“BuildBench”, “we”, “us”) is an all-in-one platform at buildbench.online where you create and manage websites, AI chatbots, ebooks, presentations, resumes, business plans, newsletters and more. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use BuildBench.
Who we are
These Terms are an agreement between you and BuildBench, the company behind buildbench.online. BuildBench is currently not registered as a legal entity in the United States.
Who can use BuildBench
- BuildBench is currently available only to people in Pakistan. We may open it to other countries later.
- You must be at least 16 years old. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian’s permission to use BuildBench and to pay for a subscription.
- You must give accurate details when signing up and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Your account and access
You sign up with an email and password. Access starts after you pay the subscription by bank transfer and upload a screenshot of the transfer, which we verify before turning on your account. Please do not share your account with other people.
What BuildBench offers
- AI builders for websites, ebooks, resumes, presentations, blogs, business plans, newsletters and AI chatbots. You answer a few questions, and the AI builds the result. You can refine it with AI at any time.
- Free tools (such as image tools, calculators, generators and the link-in-bio page) that run in your browser and use no credits.
- Hosting and deployment on a free BuildBench domain, or on your own domain that you connect.
- Find Clients and AI Assistant agents, plus support tickets to reach our team.
- Tools to receive payments through what you build.
Features may change as we improve the platform.
Subscription, credits and payments
- The subscription is currently PKR 4,900. It gives full platform access and about 200–300 credits. Prices and credit amounts may change, and we will update them on the platform.
- AI actions use credits. Free tools do not. You can buy more credits from the Credits page.
- Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money.
- If you believe you were charged incorrectly, or an AI build failed and wasted credits, contact support. We review refunds and credit restorations case by case.
AI-generated content
BuildBench is powered by AI models from OpenAI and Anthropic (Claude). AI can make mistakes, produce similar output for different people, or state wrong facts. Please review everything before you publish or rely on it, especially legal, financial, medical or business-plan content. AI output is not professional advice.
Your content and ownership
- You own what you create. We claim no ownership over your websites, ebooks, resumes, chatbots or anything else you build.
- You give us only the limited permission needed to run the service for you: processing, storing, hosting and displaying your content, and sending your prompts to our AI providers.
- You are responsible for what you build and publish, and for having the right to use any text, images or data you add.
- You can download your work whenever you like.
Acceptable use
Do not use BuildBench to:
- build or host anything illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or that infringes someone’s rights;
- create phishing pages, malware, spam, scams, or fake stores;
- publish hateful, abusive, sexually explicit, or exploitative content, or content that harms children;
- break, probe, overload or reverse-engineer the platform, or bypass credit limits;
- resell or share access to your account, or use the AI to build a competing service.
We may remove content, suspend sites or close accounts that break these rules, and we may do so without prior notice where there is risk to others.
Hosting, domains and payments you receive
- We host sites and projects you deploy. We aim for reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
- Free BuildBench domains remain our property and may be changed or removed if you break these Terms.
- If you connect your own domain, you are responsible for owning it and setting its DNS correctly.
- When you receive payments from your customers, those transactions are between you and them (and any payment provider). You handle your own taxes, refunds and legal duties. BuildBench is not a party to those sales.
Find Clients and AI Assistant
These agents suggest leads and ideas. We do not guarantee that you will win clients, make sales or earn any income. Use outreach responsibly and follow applicable laws on spam and messaging.
Our intellectual property
The BuildBench name, logo, platform, templates and software belong to us. These Terms do not give you any rights to them, except the right to use the platform as described here.

Create a ticket in the platform to talk to our developers and team, or email support@buildbench.online.
Cancelling or ending your account
You can stop using BuildBench at any time. Your access continues until your paid period ends. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, put others at risk, or involve payment fraud. Download your work before your access ends.
Disclaimers and liability
BuildBench is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we do not promise that the platform will be error-free or that AI output will be accurate, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Governing law, disputes and changes
These Terms are governed by applicable laws and internationally recognized principles of commercial and internet law, to the extent permitted where you live. If a dispute comes up, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it in good faith. If we can’t, it will be handled by a competent court or arbitration body with jurisdiction. Nothing here limits any consumer rights you have under your local law. We may update these Terms, and the date at the top will change when we do. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
